eBay Active Listing Reports
Copy eBay CSV files into D:\Pricing-App\snapshot_imports\, then select them below. This avoids browser upload timeouts for large Main files.
eBay snapshots are imported from the local server folder. Zoho strip on entry page activates after Zoho upload.
Website files (AM.COM / AMT.COM / A2M.COM) can also be placed in D:\Pricing-App\website_snapshots\ — name the file with the account (e.g. ShopAM-export.csv) and Catalog Sync can import automatically.

Account Listing Rules qty & price thresholds per account▾
Rules determine when and how a SKU qualifies for listing on each account based on Zoho stock qty and base price (Main/Tech/Ship snapshot, excl. promotions).
Rules are checked top-to-bottom; the first match wins. Used by Price Drift, Live Sync, Store Sync and Catalog Sync.
Save credentials first, then click Authorize for each account. Use the slot selector on each account to assign it to Slot 1, 2, or 3. Slot 4 is overflow-only — authorize all accounts for it below.

BigCommerce API Configuration (A2M.com) ▾
Enter your store hash and API access token (create an API account in BigCommerce backend).
Public API Key (Google Sheets / External Tools) ▾
Used by external tools (e.g. Google Sheets Apps Script) to call /api/public/sku-lookup.
The endpoint returns live item name, prices for all 3 websites, stock, and image — no eBay credentials needed in the sheet.

Shopify API Configuration ▾
Enter credentials for each store. Used for live price lookup.
Admin API Access Token — permanent · never expires · one-time setup per store
For each store: Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → open your custom app → API credentials tab → copy the Admin API access token (shpat_...) ⚠ The token is shown only once. If you missed it, click "Regenerate token" in the same screen.
Zoho Inventory API ▾
One entry per Zoho organization. Get credentials from Zoho API Console → Self Client → Server-based Apps. Each org needs its own refresh token.
